  • Sales Performance Coordinator

    Are you a natural leader who thrives on driving sales and inspiring teams? Do you love helping others succeed while staying on top of the latest cannabis trends? At Elevated MT, we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Sales Performance Coordinator to elevate our retail experience and empower our teams to perform at their best.


    In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for coaching and training Budtenders and Inventory Specialists across all Elevated locations. From mastering sales techniques like basket building and bundle promotions to crafting personalized customer experiences, you’ll ensure every team member has the tools and confidence to succeed.


    You’ll also play a key role in launching new products, promoting in-store and online deals, and managing social media promotions to drive engagement. By collaborating closely with District and Store Managers, you’ll develop impactful training programs, track performance results, and keep our teams ahead of Montana’s fast-evolving cannabis market.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Coach and mentor staff to boost sales and enhance customer interactions
    • Lead product trainings and promotional rollouts across all locations
    • Create and maintain clear, engaging training materials and guides
    • Manage in-store and online promotions, including updating social media
    • Partner with leadership to improve team performance and drive growth and sell-through to meet outlined goals

  • Budtender — Wolf Point, MT

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART TIME EMPLOYEES, SPECIFICALLY THOSE WHO CAN WORK WEEKENDS. STARTING RATE OF PAY IS $15-$17, dependent on experience. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist, educate and guide patients through selection of flower, concentrates edibles and other products 
    • Interpret customers’ needs and wants and translate that into the best product for them 
    • Lead patients through the process of applying, renewing and receiving their medical marijuana card 
    • Master the process of submitting applications through Transportal 
    • Assist with inventory intake, checking inventory levels, and processing received inventory 
    • Communicate with patients to effectively deescalate issues 
    • Check and report in the retail folder and Budtender Log at the start of every shift for pertinent information 
    • Responsible for accurate till management and cash drop with no variances larger than what is outlined in Budtender Policies and Procedures 
    • Learn and build your knowledge about all medical marijuana products offered and available 
    • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor 
    • Maintain Compliance with all policies and procedures 
    • Assist in any other department within Elevated.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Highschool diploma or GED preferred 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients and employees 
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude 
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments too completion within parameters of instructions given 
    • Ability to adapt to any issue that may arise 
    • Must have good decision-making skills

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Read and master the standard operating procedures for each assigned task, including distillation and butane hash oil machine.   
    • Proficiently and safely run any equipment needed for any extraction or processing, including distillation and butane hash oil machine.     
    • Accurately weigh, portion, and produce all items, including joints and cartridges.   
    • Safely handle all hazards materials, including butane, propane, ethanol, or any other material used in the extraction, cleaning and processing of material. 
    • Accurately keep detailed records on individual runs, including weights, times, extraction percent or further information requested by supervisor. 
    • Perform cleaning tasks of entire facility as needed or assigned by supervisor. 
    • Complete each run to maximize quality product while also maximizing the yield of the extraction.   
    • Identify and inform supervisor of any defective items not meeting Elevated’s quality standards. 
    • Maintain a clean work area at all times.  
    • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. 
    • Maintain compliance with all of Elevated’s policies and procedures. 
    • Assist in any help needed by any other department within Elevated.

    Education and Qualifications:


    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
